ESSEC Founders Day 2022
Date de publication : 18/03/21

The H2020-funded EDDA (Grant n°870470) project aims to the perfection of spacecrafts’ power chain efficiency through the use of direct-drive. This innovation directly supplies electric thrusters with solar electric propulsion without power conversion.
The benefits are considerable : costs and volume savings (removal of power converters), increased efficiency and decreased thermal dissipation thereby allowing spacecrafts to fully exploit the energy extracted from solar arrays.
In a consortium of 5 European partners, In Extenso Innovation Croissance (through its subsidiary Efficient Innovation) brings its expertise in Innovation Management and also coordinates dissemination & exploitation activities.
